Position: Executive Chef
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a luxury hotel or resort environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a diverse culinary team
- Expertise in menu planning, food costing, and inventory management
- Deep knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP)
- Creative approach to culinary presentation and flavor profiles
- Experience in pre-opening operations is highly advantageous
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English
