Position: Commis (Hot Kitchen) – Part Time
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items under supervision
- Follow recipes and kitchen guidelines to ensure consistent food quality
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen areas and workstations
- Support with stock rotation, labeling, and storing food properly
- Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations
Qualifications:
- Culinary background or education preferred
- Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen safety
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a willingness to learn
- Available for part-time schedule
