Position: Restaurant Manager – Tom’s by Tom Aikens
Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of Tom’s by Tom Aikens to ensure exceptional guest experiences
- Lead and inspire the restaurant team to deliver high standards of service
- Drive revenue through strategic planning and effective management
- Maintain strong relationships with guests and ensure their satisfaction
- Oversee inventory, cost control, and adherence to safety standards
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years experience in similar position at 5 Star Luxury Hotel / Steakhouse / Western Restaurant
- Diploma in Food and Beverage is preferred
- Show strong initiative to produce marketing idea that drives volume
- Strong knowledge of western cuisine, dining etiquette, and service standards
- Strong in guest relation and F&B event management
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, as well as commitment to providing excellent customer service oriented
- Proficiency in Microsoft office is required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and understand the trends in restaurant events is preferred
- Understanding in HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point)
