Position: Executive Housekeeper
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the overall operations of the Housekeeping and Laundry departments
- Develop and maintain housekeeping policies and procedures
- Manage departmental budget, payroll, and expenses
- Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest comfort are maintained
- Lead recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of housekeeping staff
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in both written and spoken English
- Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to multitask and meet deadlines
- Relevant licenses, certifications, or diplomas to support your professional credentials
