Position: HK Supervisor

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a housekeeping supervisory role in luxury hotels
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Leadership skills to manage a team of room attendants and housemen
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, textiles, and laundry procedures
  • Ability to conduct room inspections and maintain quality standards
  • Good communication skills and a service-minded attitude
  • Hospitality background is preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas
  • Conduct thorough inspections to ensure all rooms meet resort quality standards
  • Manage housekeeping inventory, linens, and cleaning supplies
  • Train and mentor housekeeping staff on efficient cleaning techniques
  • Coordinate with the front office for room status updates and guest requests
