Position: Assistant Director of F&B
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a senior F&B leadership role within luxury hotels
- Strategic mindset with the ability to drive revenue and guest satisfaction
- Strong leadership skills to mentor and develop a high-performing team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Passion for culinary innovation and service excellence
- Ability to manage operational budgets and financial performance
- Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is an asset
