Position: Steward Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the stewarding team to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards in all kitchen and F&B areas.
- Manage inventory of chinaware, glassware, and cutlery, minimizing breakage and loss.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and chemical usage guidelines.
- Create shift schedules and conduct training for stewarding staff.
- Collaborate with the culinary and service teams to support smooth operations during events.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a stewarding supervisory role within a hotel or large catering operation.
- Strong knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, and chemical handling standards.
- Leadership skills to motivate and manage the stewarding team effectively.
- Good physical condition and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory and scheduling tasks.
- Proactive attitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English is a plus.
