Position: Assistant Director of Food & Beverage
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director of F&B in leading the division’s strategy and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences across all outlets
- Oversee daily operations of food and beverage venues ensuring compliance with Regent luxury service standards
- Drive financial performance through effective budgeting cost control and revenue management strategies
- Mentor and develop the F&B management team to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with the culinary team to innovate menus and dining concepts that reflect the unique spirit of Bali
- Manage guest feedback and operational challenges with a proactive and solution oriented approach
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in Food & Beverage within luxury 5 star hotels
- Strong financial acumen including P&L management and forecasting
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire a large team
- Fluent in English both written and spoken proficiency in other languages is an asset
- Deep understanding of international luxury service standards and trends
- Proven track record in pre opening or rebranding properties is highly advantageous
