Position: Bookkeeper
Responsibilities:
- Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process
- Reconcile sales taxes payroll and bank accounts at the end of each month
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable ensuring timely payments
- Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems
Qualifications:
- Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Previous experience as a Bookkeeper preferably in the hospitality industry
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Detail-oriented and high level of integrity
