Position: Accounts Payable (Job ID: 25193379)
Qualifications:
- Experience in finance or accounting, preferably within the hotel industry
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial processing
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of local tax regulations and general accounting principles
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle vendor inquiries and manage payment schedules professionally
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Responsibilities:
- Process and verify all vendor invoices and payment requests accurately and timely
- Reconcile vendor statements and maintain up-to-date accounts payable records
- Coordinate with departmental heads to ensure proper authorization of expenses
- Prepare periodic accounts payable reports and assist in month-end closing
- Maintain efficient filing systems for all financial documentation and contracts
