Position: Accounts Payable
Responsibilities:
- Process and record all outgoing payments and invoices with high accuracy.
- Reconcile vendor statements and manage supplier relationships regarding financial matters.
- Ensure all financial transactions comply with hotel policies and local accounting standards.
- Support the finance department in month-end closing and financial reporting.
- Maintain organized and secure financial records and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a finance or accounting role within a hotel environment.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and high levels of integrity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with local tax regulations is an advantage.
