Position: Front Desk Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily front desk operations to ensure smooth check in and check out processes
- Train and mentor front desk staff to deliver exceptional guest service
- Handle guest complaints and inquiries promptly and professionally
- Ensure accurate billing and cash handling procedures are followed
- Assist the Duty Manager in maintaining front office standards
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years experience in related field
- Good command of English (both spoken and written)
- Have enough knowledge of relevant expertise in each area
- Good personality positive attitude and able to work in a team or individual
