Position: Asst. Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sales Manager in developing and executing effective sales strategies.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships.
- Analyze market data to identify new opportunities within the Karawang region.
- Supervise and support the sales team in achieving their daily and monthly goals.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery for events and groups.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma in Hospitality or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in the same position.
- Having good experience in Sales.
- Familiar with VHP System.
- Familiar with Karawang area.
- Well-groomed, energic, adaptable, and in good health.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong work ethic.
