Position: Distribution Manager
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with Revenue Management, Sales, and Marketing teams to align pricing strategies and digital campaigns
- Develop and execute distribution and e-commerce strategies to maximize online revenue and market share
- Manage and optimize all digital sales channels including Brand.com, Accor Live Limitless, OTAs, and GDS
- Ensure rate parity, inventory accuracy, and content consistency across all online platforms
- Monitor and analyze channel performance and net revenue to provide actionable recommendations
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Distribution, E-Commerce, or Revenue role within a 5-star hotel
- Strong understanding of hotel digital distribution systems including CRS, GDS, PMS, and channel managers
- Proven experience managing and growing online sales performance across leisure and corporate segments
- Excellent written and spoken English with strong communication and presentation skills
- Detail-oriented, guest-focused, and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical mindset with a focus on revenue optimization and ROI
- Degree in Marketing, Finance, or Hospitality Management is preferred
