Position: Director of Sales
Responsibilities:
- Assist the DOSM in driving sales strategies and team performance.
- Manage key accounts and develop new business opportunities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities in Ubud.
- Guide the sales team in achieving individual and group targets.
- Ensure seamless communication between sales and operational departments.
Qualifications:
- Significant experience in sales leadership within the luxury hotel sector.
- Strong network in corporate and leisure segments.
- Result-oriented with a proven track record of meeting targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced pre-opening environment.
- Proficiency in sales management software.
- Local candidates preferred.
