Position: Director of Sales

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the DOSM in driving sales strategies and team performance.
  • Manage key accounts and develop new business opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities in Ubud.
  • Guide the sales team in achieving individual and group targets.
  • Ensure seamless communication between sales and operational departments.

Qualifications:

  • Significant experience in sales leadership within the luxury hotel sector.
  • Strong network in corporate and leisure segments.
  • Result-oriented with a proven track record of meeting targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced pre-opening environment.
  • Proficiency in sales management software.
  • Local candidates preferred.
