Natra Bintan, a Tribute Portfolio resort offers a one-of-a-kind glamping experience with a total of 100 safari-themed tents. The property is nestled directly on South-East Asia’s largest man-made Crystal Lagoon. The resort comes with a choice of Food & Beverage options, such as an All-day dining restaurant, a specialty restaurant, Function facilities, and a bar with lagoon views. Other facilities include a spa, land, and sea activities. The resort is a 1hr drive away from Raja Haji Fisabilillah Airport Tanjungpinang city.

Position: Chief Engineer
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Chief Engineer or similar leadership role in hospitality
- Strong knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems
- Excellent leadership and project management skills
- Ability to manage budgets, safety standards, and preventive maintenance
- Good communication skills in English
