Position: Safety & Security Manager
General Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Security Management, Hospitality or a related field with experience preferred in law enforcement or fire protection
- Three or more years of progressive Safety/ Security managerial in a luxury hotel/ resort
- GADA UTAMA certified is a must
- Strong knowledge of local and national regulations, and hotel safety standards
- Proven experience in emergency response planning and managing security operations
- Strong attention to detail with good time management and follow up
- Good documentation skills in dealing with various levels of management
- Ability to lead, manage and motivate the security team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staffs, guests and emergency services
- Open for Indonesian citizen only and preferably Bali domiciled
