Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales team to achieve revenue targets and market share
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and international OTAs
- Analyze market trends and competitor performance in Kuta and Seminyak
- Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and events
- Conduct site inspections and presentations for prospective corporate clients
Qualifications:
- At least two years experience at same position in 4 or 5 star hotel
- Minimum Diploma 1 of hotel school, college degree preferred
- Conversant in English both written and oral
- Well known on each markets character & familiar with VHP system
- Strong relationship & good networking with Local & International markets and OTA
- Able to join immediately
- Domiciled in Bali
- Proactive and target oriented mindset
