Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Manage corporate accounts and build strong client relationships
  • Coordinate with marketing for promotional campaigns and events
  • Conduct site inspections and presentations for prospective clients
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities in Jakarta

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in hotel sales, preferably in a 5-star environment
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Target-oriented and proactive mindset
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or Hospitality
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales reporting tools
  • Vast network within the Jakarta corporate market
