Position: Sales Executive (Wedding Specialist)
Qualifications:
- Experience in hotel sales specifically targeting the wedding and social event segment
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with couples and vendors
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage complex event details
- Proactive mindset with a strong drive to achieve sales targets and event budgets
- Professional appearance and a service-oriented personality
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Hospitality background with a relevant degree or diploma
Responsibilities:
- Proactively solicit wedding and social event business through various sales activities
- Conduct site inspections and present wedding packages to prospective clients
- Maintain relationships with wedding planners, photographers, and other event partners
- Coordinate with the banquet and culinary teams to ensure seamless event execution
- Prepare sales proposals and contracts while monitoring market trends in the wedding industry
