Position: Sales Coordinator

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a sales administrative or coordinator role within hospitality
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel property management systems
  • Good communication skills to assist the sales team and handle client inquiries
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and administrative deadlines efficiently
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn hotel sales operations
  • Hospitality background or vocational schooling is preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team in daily administrative tasks including filing and data entry
  • Coordinate client inquiries and assist in preparing sales collateral and presentations
  • Maintain and update the sales database and client contact records
  • Assist in organizing site inspections and coordinating internal sales meetings
  • Help prepare sales reports and track the status of current proposals and contracts
