Marcomm Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing communication strategies for the hotels
  • Manage media relations and social media presence for Mercure and ibis
  • Coordinate promotional events and campaigns with the sales team
  • Act as a brand guardian to ensure consistency across all communication channels
  • Monitor marketing trends and report on campaign effectiveness

Qualifications:

  • Experience in marketing communications, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Strong creative writing and digital marketing skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with media and partners
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects
  • Proactive and innovative mindset
  • Knowledge of the local Samarinda market is a plus
