Position: Executive Housekeeper
Responsibilities:
- Lead the pre-opening setup of the housekeeping department, including establishing SOPs and standards.
- Manage inventory of linens, uniforms, and cleaning supplies for the entire resort.
- Recruit, train, and mentor the housekeeping team to ensure 4-star service delivery.
- Coordinate with engineering and front office to ensure room readiness for the grand opening.
- Oversee the budget and operational costs for the housekeeping division.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Housekeeper or Assistant in an international chain hotel.
- Strong leadership skills and experience in pre-opening operations.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in English and housekeeping management systems.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for cleanliness and aesthetics.
