Position: Housekeeping Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily room cleaning and inspection activities to ensure brand standards
- Provide on-the-job training and guidance to Room Attendants and public area staff
- Monitor inventory of cleaning materials and amenities at the floor level
- Handle guest requests and complaints regarding room cleanliness promptly
- Ensure all staff are following health and safety protocols during their shifts
Qualifications:
- Relevant education background
- Professional appearance and good personality
- Experience minimum 2 year in similar position
- Good personality and communication skill
- Hard worker and have positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Strong eye for detail and cleanliness
