Position: Executive Housekeeper
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all housekeeping and laundry operations to ensure maximum cleanliness
- Manage and train the housekeeping team on luxury cleaning standards
- Control inventory of linens, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities
- Coordinate with Engineering to ensure villas and public areas are well maintained
- Implement cost control measures while maintaining five star quality
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years experience as an Executive Housekeeper in a 5-star resort
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a diverse team
- Meticulous attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
- Proficiency in housekeeping management software
- Excellent organizational and planning abilities
- Degree or diploma in hospitality or related field
- Proactive approach to guest comfort and satisfaction
