Position: Executive Secretary to General Manager
Responsibilities:
- Handle all secretarial duties at the Executive Office and multitask as assigned by the Management.
- Manage business information with complete confidentiality and organize administrative tasks efficiently.
- Coordinate schedules, communications, and documentation for the General Manager’s office.
- Provide high-level support in meetings, reporting, and executive level hospitality protocols.
- Liaise between the Executive Office and various hotel departments to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position in an international brand.
- Remote area work experience is preferred.
- Professional, composed, and resilient; with excellent communication, organization, and administration skills.
- Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English as well as computer programs.
- Well-organized, discreet, trustworthy, and able to handle business information with complete confidentiality.
- Work experience with hotel software (Opera Cloud, SunFish, MICROS, etc) will be preferred.
- Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
