Position: General Manager
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for all hotel departments to ensure maximum profitability and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor and manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
- Develop and implement operational standards to maintain the hotel’s 5-star service reputation.
- Lead the executive team in achieving key performance indicators and long-term organizational goals.
- Represent the hotel in high-level community, industry, and corporate relations within Jakarta.
Qualifications:
- Relevant educational background with the position being applied.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar position at a 4 or 5-star hotel.
- Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Highly motivated, creative, and target-oriented.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale luxury hotel operations.
- Deep understanding of the Jakarta hospitality market and current industry trends.
