Position: Executive Assistant Manager
Responsibilities:
- Support the General Manager in overseeing all daily hotel operations
- Direct and coordinate activities across various departments to ensure efficiency
- Implement strategic plans to enhance guest satisfaction and operational profitability
- Mentor department heads and foster a high performance team culture
- Oversee financial reporting and budget management for the property
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an EAM or similar senior leadership role in a luxury resort
- Strong operational knowledge across Rooms, F&B, and Administration
- Excellent leadership, decision making, and problem solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a high pressure, fast paced environment
- Exceptional communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Deep understanding of luxury five star service standards
