Position: Engineering Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the engineering team and daily maintenance operations.
- Schedule preventative maintenance for equipment and facilities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Train staff on engineering procedures.
Qualifications:
- Experience as an Engineering Supervisor in a hotel.
- Technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Relevant technical certification.
