Position: Hygiene & Stewarding Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire stewarding operation and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across all F&B outlets and kitchen areas.
  • Implement and monitor HACCP procedures and food safety regulations to ensure full compliance.
  • Manage the inventory of operating equipment, including china, glass, and silverware, minimizing breakage and loss.
  • Lead, train, and develop the stewarding team to maintain operational excellence and safety standards.
  • Control departmental expenses, including chemical usage and labor costs, within the approved budget.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef and F&B Director to support daily operations and special events.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Hygiene or Stewarding Manager in a luxury international hotel.
  • In-depth knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, and local health and safety regulations.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage a large team.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced pre-opening or operational environment.
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management systems.
