Position: Sous Chef – The Restaurant

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Executive Chef in managing kitchen operations for The Restaurant.
  • Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency meet 6-star standards.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff on culinary techniques.
  • Monitor food cost and waste management.
  • Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a fine dining or luxury hotel restaurant.
  • Strong culinary skills and creativity.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations.
  • Good command of English.
  • Passion for culinary arts and innovation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
