Position: Sous Chef – The Restaurant
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Executive Chef in managing kitchen operations for The Restaurant.
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency meet 6-star standards.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff on culinary techniques.
- Monitor food cost and waste management.
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a fine dining or luxury hotel restaurant.
- Strong culinary skills and creativity.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations.
- Good command of English.
- Passion for culinary arts and innovation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
