Position: Sous Chef – The 18th Restaurant & Lounge
Responsibilities:
- Oversee culinary operations for the rooftop venue, The 18th Restaurant & Lounge.
- Create innovative menus and specials in collaboration with the Executive Chef.
- Ensure high standards of food preparation and plating.
- Manage kitchen staff scheduling and performance.
- Control food inventory and ordering.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Sous Chef in a high-end restaurant or lounge.
- Specialization in international or fusion cuisine.
- Strong leadership skills to guide the kitchen brigade.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.
- Proficient in English.
- Understanding of food cost control and budgeting.
