Position: Sous Chef – The 18th Restaurant & Lounge

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee culinary operations for the rooftop venue, The 18th Restaurant & Lounge.
  • Create innovative menus and specials in collaboration with the Executive Chef.
  • Ensure high standards of food preparation and plating.
  • Manage kitchen staff scheduling and performance.
  • Control food inventory and ordering.

Qualifications:

  • Experience as a Sous Chef in a high-end restaurant or lounge.
  • Specialization in international or fusion cuisine.
  • Strong leadership skills to guide the kitchen brigade.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Understanding of food cost control and budgeting.
  • Creative flair and passion for food.
