Position: Sous Chef (SC)
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Executive Chef in managing kitchen operations and food preparation.
- Ensure consistency in food quality and presentation.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff.
- Monitor food costs and kitchen inventory.
- Ensure hygiene and safety standards are maintained.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of work experience at the same position or minimum 2 years supervisory level.
- Experienced in the Hotel industry.
- Strong culinary skills and leadership ability.
- Familiar with VHP System Program.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.
- No smoking is an advantage.
