Position: Pastry Cook (PC)
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake pastries, cakes, and desserts.
- Ensure quality and presentation of pastry items.
- Maintain cleanliness of the pastry station.
- Monitor inventory of baking ingredients.
- Assist in creating new pastry menu items.
Qualifications:
- Experienced in the Hotel industry in a pastry role.
- Knowledge of baking techniques and recipes.
- Familiar with VHP System Program (if applicable to role).
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Fast learner and passionate about pastry arts.
- No smoking is an advantage.
