Position: Chef de Partie
Responsibilities:
- Manage a specific section of the kitchen and ensure high-quality food preparation.
- Supervise and train Commis Chefs and trainees.
- Monitor stock levels and minimize food waste.
- Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards (HACCP) in the kitchen.
- Assist the Sous Chef in menu planning and creation.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience at assistant/supervisor level in a similar role.
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food safety.
- Fluent in English both verbal and written.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good personality and attitude.
- Passionate about food and service excellence.
