Position: Chef de Partie LiFeng (BBQ)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the BBQ section in the Li Feng Chinese restaurant kitchen.
- Prepare and cook high-quality BBQ dishes according to authentic recipes.
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the designated kitchen station.
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff in BBQ techniques.
- Ensure consistency and presentation of all dishes served.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a CDP or Demi Chef in a Chinese BBQ kitchen.
- Specialized skill in Chinese BBQ preparation and roasting.
- Knowledge of food safety and HACCP standards.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure fine dining environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Passion for authentic Cantonese and Chinese cuisine.
- Relevant culinary certification or training.
