Position: Captain
Responsibilities:
- Supervise a specific station during dining service
- Ensure guest orders are taken and served accurately
- Maintain knowledge of the full menu and wine list
- Mentor junior servers and trainees on service standards
- Assist in setting up the outlet for operational readiness
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Captain or Senior Server
- Professional knowledge of 5 star table service
- Excellent upselling and communication skills
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends
- Clean and professional grooming standards
- Basic knowledge of beverages and cocktail service
- Customer centric mindset with high empathy
