Position: Asst. Banquet Manager
Responsibilities:
- Support the Banquet Manager in coordinating and executing all events
- Lead and train the banquet service team on setup and service standards
- Ensure all event requirements according to BEO are met accurately
- Monitor departmental equipment and inventory levels effectively
- Provide professional on site support to event organizers and guests
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in banquet operations leadership within a resort
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and flexible hours
- Detail-oriented with a focus on event accuracy
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
