Position: Asst Restaurant Manager (25206506)
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in supervising daily dining operations
- Ensure team members are following all standard operating procedures
- Support in staff scheduling, training, and performance reviews
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety in the outlet
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food service
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in F&B leadership roles in a luxury environment
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Detail oriented and highly organized
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations (HACCP)
- Fluency in English is required
- Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management
