Position: Captain Waiter/ss
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the service team to provide exceptional dining experiences
- Lead and train the service crew on brand standards and guest engagement
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any service issues promptly
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure accurate food service
- Monitor outlet cleanliness and presentation throughout the shift
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Captain or Supervisor in F&B service
- Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Guest-focused with a passion for luxury lifestyle service
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a high-energy environment
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
