Position: F&B Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily service activities in the assigned dining outlet
- Provide guidance and training to F&B Attendants to maintain standards
- Monitor outlet cleanliness and presentation throughout the shift
- Ensure all orders are processed accurately and served promptly
- Assist in managing operational costs and inventory at the floor level
Qualifications:
- Experience as a supervisor or senior attendant in F&B service
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Guest-focused with a passion for luxury service excellence
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Fluent in English is required
- Diploma or degree in hospitality management
