Position: Graphic Designer & Content Creator
Responsibilities:
- Develop high-quality visual content for digital and print marketing materials
- Manage social media channels and create engaging content to drive brand awareness
- Ensure all visual output adheres to Capella’s luxury brand guidelines
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design collateral for resort events
- Maintain the resort’s digital asset library and monitor content performance
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or Content Creator in hospitality
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and video editing software
- Creative mindset with a strong portfolio of visual and digital designs
- Strong knowledge of social media trends and content strategy
- Excellent eye for detail, color, and storytelling
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
