Position: Housekeeping Admin

Responsibilities:

  • Handle administrative tasks for the housekeeping department, including scheduling and record-keeping
  • Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities
  • Coordinate with the Front Office and Engineering teams regarding room status and maintenance needs
  • Receive and document guest requests or lost and found items, ensuring prompt follow-up
  • Maintain the department’s communication logs and ensure all documentation is filed accurately

Qualifications:

  • Degree on any hospitality related course
  • Experience in similar position at 4 star hotel
  • Hospitality professional with minimum 1 year of experience
  • Fluent in English with great communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Result oriented, hard worker, good attitude & personality
  • Good communication skills and able to work under pressure
  • Have excellent organizational, interpersonal, and excellent customer service skills
