Position: Housekeeping Supervisor (25185178)
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily room cleaning and public area maintenance
- Conduct thorough inspections to maintain high quality and hygiene levels
- Lead and train the housekeeping crew on SOPs and guest service
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linens at the floor level
- Coordinate with Front Office for guest room readiness and requests
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a housekeeping supervisor role
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and standards of cleanliness
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a diverse team
- Positive attitude and guest-focused mindset
- Knowledge of hotel housekeeping software
- Good communication skills in English
