Position: Housekeeping Supervisor (25185178)

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily room cleaning and public area maintenance
  • Conduct thorough inspections to maintain high quality and hygiene levels
  • Lead and train the housekeeping crew on SOPs and guest service
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linens at the floor level
  • Coordinate with Front Office for guest room readiness and requests

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a housekeeping supervisor role
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and standards of cleanliness
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage a diverse team
  • Positive attitude and guest-focused mindset
  • Knowledge of hotel housekeeping software
  • Good communication skills in English
