Position: Executive Housekeeper

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all housekeeping and laundry operations to ensure high quality standards
  • Lead and train the housekeeping team to maintain room cleanliness and public area aesthetics
  • Implement cost control measures for cleaning supplies, linen, and guest amenities
  • Coordinate with Engineering to ensure all rooms and facilities are well maintained
  • Prepare monthly reports on departmental performance and budget adherence

Qualifications:

  • Relevant education background
  • Professional appearance and good personality
  • Experience minimum 2 year in similar position
  • Good personality and communication skill
  • Hard worker and have positive attitude
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Detail oriented with a focus on luxury standards
