Position: Executive Housekeeper
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all housekeeping and laundry operations to ensure high quality standards
- Lead and train the housekeeping team to maintain room cleanliness and public area aesthetics
- Implement cost control measures for cleaning supplies, linen, and guest amenities
- Coordinate with Engineering to ensure all rooms and facilities are well maintained
- Prepare monthly reports on departmental performance and budget adherence
Qualifications:
- Relevant education background
- Professional appearance and good personality
- Experience minimum 2 year in similar position
- Good personality and communication skill
- Hard worker and have positive attitude
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Detail oriented with a focus on luxury standards
