Position: Sous Chef – Western (SGS-SOUCHEF-WESTERN)

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position in a 4 or 5 star Hotel
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Have strong leadership and decision-making skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Expertise in Western cuisine preparation and menu development
  • Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards (HACCP), and cost control
  • Ability to train and lead a diverse kitchen brigade
