Position: Demi Chef de Partie – Indian Cuisine
Qualifications:
- Job ID: 26210529
- Proven experience in Indian cuisine preparation in a luxury hotel or premium restaurant
- Strong knowledge of traditional Indian spices, cooking techniques, and Tandoor operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and train commis chefs in a fast-paced kitchen
- High standards of food safety and hygiene (HACCP)
- Passionate, enthusiastic, and energetic personality
- Ability to work professionally in a diverse culinary team
