Qualifications:

- Minimum 2-3 years experience in a similar position in a 4/5 star luxury hotel or resort
- Strong leadership and operational management skills for high-volume dining
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Expertise in international and local Indonesian cuisine
- Proven track record in menu development and cost control management
- Strong hospitality and service-oriented attitude
- Professional certification (Sertifikasi Profesi) is highly prioritized
