Position: Chef de Partie
Responsibilities:
- Lead a specific section of the kitchen to ensure smooth food production
- Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and quality standards
- Monitor stock levels and order supplies for the assigned section
- Ensure clean and organized workstations at all times per safety standards
- Support junior chefs in their technical development and daily tasks
Qualifications:
- Solid experience as a Demi Chef or CDP in a 4-5 star hotel environment
- Strong proficiency in specific section duties (e.g., Saucier, Garde Manger)
- Ability to follow and execute complex recipes with precision
- Proactive attitude and strong teamwork capabilities
- Basic knowledge of kitchen administration and food costing
- Vocational certificate or degree in Culinary Arts preferred
- Willingness to work flexible hours including holidays
