Position: Chef de Partie

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a specific section of the kitchen to ensure smooth food production
  • Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and quality standards
  • Monitor stock levels and order supplies for the assigned section
  • Ensure clean and organized workstations at all times per safety standards
  • Support junior chefs in their technical development and daily tasks

Qualifications:

  • Solid experience as a Demi Chef or CDP in a 4-5 star hotel environment
  • Strong proficiency in specific section duties (e.g., Saucier, Garde Manger)
  • Ability to follow and execute complex recipes with precision
  • Proactive attitude and strong teamwork capabilities
  • Basic knowledge of kitchen administration and food costing
  • Vocational certificate or degree in Culinary Arts preferred
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including holidays
