Position: F&B Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily operations of F&B outlets to ensure service excellence
- Monitor staff performance and provide on-the-spot coaching and feedback
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
- Assist in maintaining inventory and ordering supplies for the outlets
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an F&B Captain or Supervisor in a luxury hotel
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong leadership abilities with a passion for team development
- Detail-oriented with a focus on high service standards
- Sound knowledge of wine, spirits, and diverse menu offerings
- Ability to handle cash and POS systems accurately
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
